Terms and Conditions:

Access: Client agrees to provide safe and unobstructed access to all areas required in order to provide service as described in scope of work. Client also agrees to ensure that pets are secured, valuables are moved and, grant access to the interior of the property, if interior services are included. If access is denied or obstructed on the day of service, a rescheduling or trip fee may apply.

Estimates: Estimates are not guaranteed. The price named in the estimate is an approximation of the project requirements as described by the client. The actual cost may change after all of the project elements have been negotiated and finalized. The client will be informed of any changes in cost in advance.

Hold Harmless: Client agrees to hold Watkins Home Services, its owners, employees, and subcontractors harmless from any damages or injuries caused by pre-existing structural or material defects, improper installation or design or, unsafe working conditions not disclosed prior to service.

Payment: We will be happy to return for one time paint touch ups within 30 days of completion, however, payment is due within 72 hours of receipt of invoice. A late fee of 5% will be charged to any invoices not paid within 72 hours including situations where there are paint touch ups requested.

Payment Methods: We accept Zelle, Venmo, Tap to Pay, cash or check. Additional payment options may include credit card or bank transfer (ACH).

Safety and Liability - Client agrees to keep the work area clear during service to minimize risk of injury or property damage. For safety reasons, we do not move heavy furniture, fragile items, or perform services in hazardous areas (e.g., steep roofs, areas requiring extensive ladder work without footing).

Warranty: All home repair and improvements work includes a 1 year warranty for any defects that may arise. Defects attributable to labor will be repaired for free within 30 days of notice.

Disclaimers:

Paint Matching: It is rarely possible to match existing texture and paint, but our match will be the best match possible.

Pressure Washing: Pressure washing may reveal imperfections in surfaces that were not visible prior to cleaning such as cracks, oil or rust stains, wood rot, flaking or missing paint. Application of any chemical solvents may result in etching, removal of finish, polish or sealants and/or other changes in color or texture.

Stain Removal: Some forms of staining can not be removed and in some circumstances the complete removal of a stain may not be possible or practical and, replacement of surface or repainting may be necessary. Moreover, chemical cleaning agents used to remove contaminants may be harmful or fatal to humans, plants, animals, fish, birds, fungi, etc...

Standard Price: All Standard Prices listed on the Website are for general information purposes only. Standard pricing provided is determined based on a single story 1,800 square foot property (equivalent to 3 bedroom - 2.5 bathroom). Final price may vary due to unique conditions, requirements or other factors specific to your request or needs. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Window Cleaning: We will exercise care in cleaning your windows. However we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including cracked glass, broken seals, or loose screens. Double-pane or insulated windows may show condensation or fogging due to seal failure. Cleaning does not correct this issue. We are not liable for scratching on tempered glass, especially if fabrication debris is present. Unless explicitly stated, cleaning of windows includes Interior and/or exterior glass surfaces, wipe-down of sills and frames (light cleaning only) and, removal of minor dirt, fingerprints, and standard buildup
